Located in isolated Dominguez Canyon on the banks of the
Gunnison River, this large orchard is surrounded by sheer red
rock cliffs, sand dunes and sage. Our unique location makes New
Leaf Fruit one of the most frost-free orchards in Colorado. This
favorable location allows us to reliably produce a large volume
of fruit throughout the growing season.

New Leaf Fruit is found within the Dominguez-Escalante
National Conservation Area and is adjacent to the Dominguez
Canyon Wilderness Area. The Gunnison River curves around the
orchard rows, supplying the water necessary for irrigation.

At the end of a six-mile desert dirt road, visitors come to
a surprising oasis.

To cool down on a hot summer day, a jump in the
river offers instant refreshment.
